STOP PRESS   Warrawee Savahn - First place in the Heavyweight Division of the Quilty - approximately 58 entries - such wonderful news and congratulations to his connections.  Savahn was a special favorite of ours being by Warrawee Nataal (Mustafa) x from the Banner daughter Warrawee Sahra who in turn was out of our deceased  Mustafa mare Warrawee Saniy.   We knew he was destined for great things.  Unfortunately no photos available at this stage but for the next update hopefully.

Well exciting times since the last News - personnally we were so pleased to Receive Derivative Breeder of the Year Award at the Australian Championships Dinner - how exciting !!! and now to the horses -

Melissa Wray writes of her news when Warrawee Dream Maker was up against the Warrawee Versacee son Al Kareeme Amani (whose dam is Warrawee Symphonee) for Supreme Derivative at a recent show in South Australia.  Wonderful news Melissa after such a long time of ups and downs with Dream Maker. December news from New Zealand - Warrawee Dreems with her lovely young show rider Hannah Bishell.  Her first outing was Waikato A & P Show where she was Reserve Champion Novice Park Hack. Her second outing - Wanganui A & P Show Champion Novice Park Hack and Champion Open Park Hack and culminated with Supreme Ridden Horse of the Show. Then Hawera A & P Show - Novice Champion Park Hack and Open Champion Park Hack, Stratford A & P Show - Champion Park Hack - WOW Good on you Hannah and Dreams.  I hope her full sister our lovely Maybee Madonna is as successful in her up and coming saddle career.

Further news in March that Dreems has now been purchased by Kristy Thomas who competed at the New Zealand Royal Easter Show for Champion Derivative Arabian Mare.

Julie VanderBrug reports that she attended a natural horsemanship weekend in February with Warrawee Veneetia - photo shows Veneetia on the day jumping bareback with a halter only - so good Julie. 

Warrawee A Go Go by Trystan Bobbi Dazzlah from the Banner mare Warrawee Sahra is delighting his owner with his first eventing and cross country competition at Lilydale, coming in an extraordinary 6th with a possible 2nd placing if not for time penalties.  Well done!

Barastoc was a great show for us with Shakeera taking out Reserve Champion Ridden Derivative and before that in the run-up to Barastoc  at Yarra Glen Agricultural Show she won her class and Reserve Champion Ridden Open Galloway and the following week 1st and Champion Open Galloway at Kurrumburra Agricultural Show - both shows in good company. Warrawee Intreeg won his Arabian Warmblood Class any age beautifully prepared for John Findlay by Romsey Park.

The Arabian Warmblood gelding by Warrawee Grandee, Symarrons Darby was Champion in his category.

And our beautiful W. Maybee Madonna Reserve Champion Led Derivative. Thanks to Bec Lewin for her preparation.

And of course Naaman Flaunt it by Warrawee S'preem followed on her winning ways taking out Barastoc Open Led Horse of the Year. Congratulations to her connections.

Warrawee Highlight owned by Julie and Emma Crocker was a Barastoc finalist in the Show Hunter.  Wonderful results Julie and Emma. Highlight also in late January 2010 - at VASA with over 40 entries - 3rd place Show Hunter - what a fabulous report.

The March East Coast Championships in New South Wales saw our beautiful Warrawee Maybee Madonna take out the Championship for the 3 y.o. Anglo fillies.

And Warrawee Mardee Gras won the prestigious East Coast Cup.

The following week at the Aus Championships the horses did us proud again - Warrawee Queen of Hearts was Reserve Australian Champion Arabian Warmblood mare or Gelding over 4 years shown by an Amateur Owner.

Symarrons Darby Arabian Warmblood Gelding 5 years & over Reserve Australian National Champion and Top 10 Arabian Derivative Show Hunter over 15h.

Warrawee Chain Reeaction was Australian National Champion Derivative Dressage Preliminary Test 1.D - well done to new mum Airlie.

Warrawee Mardee Gras was Australian National Champion Anglo Gelding Ridden and Top 10 in the Dressage - congratulations Deb Fairburn.

Naaman Flaunt it by Warrawee S'Preem took out the 3/4 years Anglo filly Class - congratulations Naaman Stud.

Goodie Two Shoes by Warrawee Versacee was Australian Champion Partbred filly - continuing on her winning ways.

Illarak Donnerge by Warrawee Donnerduell was Australian National Champion Arabian Warmblood colt 2/3 years - congratulations to his connections.

Kathy Drew reports on Warrawee Reegardez Moi's dressage debut at the Queensland Challenge - it was Kathy's  first dressage test in 7 years Preliminary 1A, 2nd place 65.5%, Novice 2A 65.5% 3rd place - well done Kathy and RM, also 1st place Lady Rider.  First place Intermediate Hack -25 entries.

The Magic Breed and Petstock Foals Shows in May saw our gorgeous youngster Warrawee Let's Partee take out four Championships  under four different judges - he is for sale and will be an outstanding halter and future saddle horse in the show ring.

Liz Maclean reports  Warrawee Rose of Salieree is commencing her saddle career and she is out and about enjoying herself, and Jenni Beulke says Warrawee Peeter Pan at a recent show won best educated hack, second Open rider - congratulations at his first open show.

Sasha Rowson from New Zealand reports the sale of Warrawee Shee's Afire (Flame) to another warmblood breeder in New Zealand Philippa Barriball.  Flame's foal Devorow Samba by Sasha's Trakener stallion Holme Park Flute was awarded Premium status by the German Classifier Matthias Werner.  Congratulations and we look forward to further news of Flame and her progeny.

John Findlay is so proud of his Partbred filly by Warrawee Grandee - Gleneagles Angelina - 2 shows for Champion at both shows - so good John.

Warrawee Bellageeo has been sold to Letitia Toms of Canberra - congratulations Letitia on acquiring this gorgeous youngster and we are sure he will do you proud in your future endeavours with him.

Warrawee Gay Paree has made the long trip to Byron Bay to commence his show career with Beate Sommer and her daughter Saskia.  Pari has already been very successful in his young life in Victoria. Good luck and keep us advised of his progress.

We have had a lot of rain late June which is greatly appreciated - hopefully a good Spring to welcome our 10 foals this year.  Our good wishes to our clients for the show and breeding season and we look forward to hearing your news.
